Parent/guardian check your eligibility for Kindergarten Fee Subsidy (KFS) or Early Start Kindergarten Fee Subsidy (ESK).

Kindergarten Fee Deposit

Parent/guardian are required to pay the fee deposit (except if you are eligible for KFS or ESK) on offer of a place. This payment is retained and deducted from term one fees. Payment will secure the child’s place in the three year old kindergarten program.

Kindergarten Fee Subsidy (KFS)

Parent/guardian who are eligible for the Kindergarten Fee Subsidy will not be required to make fee payments.

More information about Kindergarten Fee Subsidy.

Payment of fees

Invoices will be issued prior to the beginning of each term and must be paid by the due date.

Early Start Kindergarten Fee Subsidy (ESK)

Parent/guardian who are eligible for the Early Start Kindergarten Fee Subsidy will not be required to make fee payments.

More information about Early Start Kindergarten Fee Subsidy.

Children turning three during the year

Children can only commence the kindergarten program when they have turned three years old. Full payment from the first day of Term 1 is required if the child is attending kindergarten. Children who have not yet turned three years old at the beginning of the kindergarten year may start on or after their third birthday. Where children do not attend from the beginning of the kindergarten year, fees will be calculated from their first day of attendance.

Late collection charge

BCYF reserves the right to implement a late collection charge when parent/guardian are frequently late in collecting a child (refer to Fee information for families).
