Belmont Kindergarten teacher Sue Sydenham has been nominated for the Geelong Advertiser’s “best kinder teacher” accolade.

Sue has been teaching kindergarten for 30 years and has been at Belmont Kindergarten since January 2002.
“I really enjoy my job because every day is different and full of moments that make me smile,” says Sue.
“I have a fantastic and supportive teaching team around me and look forward to working with our children and families each day. It’s amazing to watch the children grow and develop new skills during their kindergarten years and I feel grateful to be part of their learning journey at such an important stage in their lives.”
Sue is one of more than 20 kindergarten teachers from across the region nominated.
